Your Pinterest board covers
Yesterday, Pinterest came forward with yet another development which at first. seems rather minor. But in fact, it is hugely important for your brand. Until yesterday, the large image that showed as the ‘cover’ of your board was the last image you uploaded.
Anyone who is concerned about their brand image must have done exactly what I have done so many times – seen that the last image just didn’t fit in with the overall look of the board page and uploaded another quick!
Now, you can select exactly which image you want to be the lead image for each board. And it’s easy to do. Just hover over reach board and you’ll see a ‘edit board cover’ link. That will then give you the opportunity to scroll through each pin and choose the one which best represents that particular board. Repeat until you have a cohesive page. Perfect. Much better!
