Monowaves

The Monowaves series is, as the name suggests, a collection of black and white images. Black and white images are extremely popular. They are also a great idea if you are buying artwork as a gift and are unsure of the recipient’s color choices in their home. I love them on a white mat in a black frame but different frames can make the world of difference.

Some of the Monowave series show peaceful waters but the majority are a moment captured in time when a wave breaks on the shore. These images are more invigorating than those in most of our other series but the overpowering word to describe them is ‘fresh’.  I don’t often use this word but every wave is unique.

We have an attraction to water. We couldn’t survive without it. A large percentage of our bodies is water.
