Guerrilla gardening
Call me crazy – I’ve been called worse – but I think that guerrilla gardening is a great promotion and not just for landscapers – it can be a fantastic promotion for just about any type of business. Every area can do with brightening up a bit, and stealth gardening is a great way to do so, and promote your business at the same time. Join forces with a local landscaper and it can cost you nothing – and get you talked about.
In case you haven’t come across guerrilla gardening it consists of locating potholes and unsightly areas and planting small vignettes – see the image below. Theme them to your promotion, use your company colors, photograph them and blog, send to social media & the press and promote.
I’m looking for a client to do this with! You, maybe?
